Ett centralt hotell nära stranden, populärt för sitt läge vid Las Canteras och Santa Catalina-parken – men det centrala läget innebär också mer gatuljud än i en resortmiljö.

The studio was spacious , clean and comfortable. The receptionist was kind enough to watch our bags . Only issue was the street noise.. it's carnaval time in Las Palmas in January and February. Will book again if we happen to visit Las Palmas.
Avoid this place! It’s unhealthy - there’s mold growing up the walls - cockroaches coming out from under the kitchen table - dead mosquitoes on the walls and blood everywhere on the ceiling and walls from dead mosquitoes. The cleaning was horrible - it was humid and very dirty. The reception as well as the person answering what’s app were not at any help. Booking.com requested a cancellation on our behave which they ignored. Instead they gave us a humidifier machine - that was extremely noisy! Don’t god!!!!
We flew to Las Palmas the day before our cruise. Booked through Booking.com and found the hotel easily. Wifi was qui ck, location was super. The Catalina park we could see from our room and it is full of cafes and little rrstaurants. Plenty of shops in the vicinity. At check-in we received one electronic key which opened the main entrance as well as our room. The hotel in in a renovated older building with high cielings. A bit funny was the tiolet on which you had to sweeze in diagonally 😄.
Would not recommend to stay here. It was very noisy outside , couldn’t sleep wel. The rooms are not soundproof at all. In the weekends it is like a club til 02:00. Also the rooms weren’t very clean. The chairs were very dirty and the bathroom smelled bad. We stayed for 1 week and we didn’t get once clean towels. The bed was okay and the lady behind the desk downstairs was kind.
TERRIBLE attitude, terrible hotel, recommend never going, this is a scam, no customer care at all. We arrived in the evening super tired, looking forward to sleeping, just to find a super, super!! noisy DJ party in the bar right downstairs boom-boom reverberating through all the walls. We were told the party would go on till about 1am and there were no options for us. Given that the window in the room was broken (yes!), we could not even close it properly to reduce the noise. The room was a total disaster to stay in even for 10 minutes - this level of noise is unhealthy, let alone not conducive to sleep even for those with no sleep issues. The hotel said they could not do anything for us and we left with all our luggage at 22+ to look for another hotel. Believe it or not, the hotel refused to refund us the money, because 'the bookings are non-refundable' and 'we cannot do anything' (said multiple times by the manager). And better yet, "have you not seen where you are booking"? Or "Have you not read the reviews'? Seriously? Since when do you need to be an expert in a city nightlife to book a place? Is there no responsibility when you call yourself a hotel? SUPER disappointed at this attitude!! The managers of this place: you may have kept my 58 euros, but you lost 2 clients FOR LIFE and let's see how many more people will change their mind after they read reviews like that. Good luck with doing business in this most client-unfriendly way.
