La Laguna Gran Hotel

Lovely hotel, very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Situated in La Laguna which is a lovely area ti walk around l, pedestrian streets with a sting Spanish inspired architecture… resllt beautiful. The hotel has a rooftop pool and hot tub which is relaxing late afternoon.

What a wonderful find! Boutique hotel - don’t let the small street facade fool you. This hotel is wonderful as is there staff and the amenities they have to offer. Great breakfast buffet, lobby bar, open work spaces and the roof top pool and area!!! A must stay if you’re in Tenerife!!

Location is fantastic. Hotel entrance and lobby is beautiful, they have a wonderful lounge area to enjoy light snacks and drinks. The furnishings in that area were fantastic. The room was ok. The furnishings was good but the view was one of the worst ive ever had in any hotel ive stayed in. Unfortunatly, my husband and granddaughter were ill for most of the vacation so our time was mainly spent in the room which was hard with no terrace or balcony, just a graffiti brick wall to look at. Breakfast was ok. But if you arrived after 9am the hot option was cold but the staff rectified and made a solution straight away. The hotel is situated in the heart of La Laguna with lots of cafes, resturants and historic buildings and museums. Overall the staff were very attentive, very clean hotel, comfortable beds. Will return again at some time further in the year.

We had a wonderful stay at La Laguna Gran Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, especially during Carnival — close enough to fully enjoy the festivities in Santa Cruz, yet far enough to return to peace and calm in the evening. It truly offered the best of both worlds. The rooms were very well equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Everything we needed was there (although a bathrobe would have been a lovely additional touch to get to the swimming pool). The staff was genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent — generous, varied, and of great quality, with plenty of options to suit everyone. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would happily return.

Great hotel with excellent service! On my first day I connected to the Wi-Fi and got a request for feedback. I said that a kettle would be nice in the room to be able to make some tea. 30 minutes later two ladies knocked at my door and brought me a kettle, a few teabags and two glasses. That’s service! They have a good gym, too. Hotel overall with nice interiour.
